Helping Young People and Adults Build Confidence, Independence and Resilience Through Mentoring, Movement and Meaningful Experiences.
I provide goal-focused mentoring and support for young people and adults living with disabilities. Through a unique mentoring approach that combines movement, life skills development and community participation, sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, improve wellbeing and work towards meaningful long-term goals. Rather than simply providing supervision or transport, every session is designed to create opportunities for personal growth, skill development, increased independence and positive life outcomes.
